Our Mission
A Circle of Sharing
Our mission has always been focused on addressing the evolving food security need throughout Ozaukee County, one person at a time. Family Sharing is a staple across our community, run by a caring staff and more than one hundred and fifty volunteers.
Since 1979 we’ve recognized that anyone can find themselves in need of food during financial hardship. At the same time, others may find themselves in a position to give or lend a helping hand. Every contribution helps make our mission possible.
Pantry donations enable us to buy healthy fresh foods, non-perishables, and basic supplies. Proceeds from our resale boutique, stocked with donated items, defray much of our overhead costs. It’s what leads to full carts and fuller hearts – in a circle of support that keeps on giving.
